1. Who These Terms Apply To

Align A'light ("we," "us," "our") is a coaching and healing practice founded by Manisha Wadhera, offering life & mindset coaching, sound healing, NLP-based pattern work, corporate wellness programs, self-paced courses, and related physical products (singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks) through alignalight.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, booking a session, submitting a form, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a course, you ("you," "client," "customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Not Medical or Psychiatric Advice

Coaching, sound healing, NLP-based pattern work, and any content on this Site (including articles, guides, and the self-discovery quiz) are offered for personal growth, reflection, and wellbeing purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed professional care.

• We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or mental health condition.
• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed physician, mental health professional, or emergency services immediately.
• You are responsible for consulting your own doctor or therapist before beginning any coaching or healing program, particularly if you have an existing physical or mental health condition.

3. Sessions & Bookings

Coaching sessions, sound healing sessions, and corporate programs are booked through the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. A booking request is a request only — it is confirmed once we respond to schedule a specific date and time.

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any session fee already paid, at our discretion.
• Session outcomes depend on your own openness, participation, and follow-through — we do not guarantee specific results.

4. Shop, Orders & Payments

Products purchased through the Shop (singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and similar items) are sold subject to the following:

• Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice; the price at the time your order is placed is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully captured. You will receive an order confirmation via the contact details you provide.
• Discount codes are validated at checkout and may have minimum-order or expiry conditions.
• Handcrafted and natural-material items (wood, metal, crystal) may show minor natural variation from product photos — this is expected and is not a defect.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at alignalight.manisha@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

5. Courses

Self-paced courses (where published) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the content.

• Course access is tied to your account and is not to be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• We may update or improve course content over time; enrolled students retain access to the current version.
• Course completion does not constitute a certification, license, or professional qualification unless explicitly stated on the course page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, articles, the 3Es Philosophy™ framework, course material, graphics, logos, and the quiz — is owned by Align A'light or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site or interacting with us, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form (contact, intake, booking, checkout, or quiz).
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the Site's security, payment, or verification systems.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party services (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube/Vimeo course videos, Razorpay). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties — their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align A'light and Manisha Wadhera are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including outcomes from coaching, sound healing, or course participation. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service or product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service or product.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
