1:1 Coaching
20 years building a global business.
Now I help you build the inner one.
Trauma-informed 1:1 coaching with Manisha Wadhera — built from two decades running
a fine jewelry export enterprise across five continents, and the inner work it took
to actually feel steady inside that life. Structured around the 3Es Philosophy™:
Experience, Extrapolate, Express.
Why this, and why me
Most coaching is taught by people who read about capacity. Mine was built by living
past its edge — exhibitions on five continents, fluency picked up in Mandarin and
German along the way, an enterprise worth millions, and a nervous system quietly
running on survival mode the entire time. The gap between outward achievement and
inward steadiness is not theoretical to me. It's the exact question I spent years
learning to answer, and it's what I now help clients close in themselves — faster,
and with a lot more care, than I closed it in myself.
This isn't generic life-coaching advice. It's a trauma-informed practice, which means
every engagement starts with actually understanding what your nervous system has been
carrying — not a script applied the same way to everyone who walks in.

◐
Experience™
We start with what's actually here
Every engagement opens with the intake — a trauma-informed process, not a form.
Before we plan anything, we get honest about what you're actually carrying: the
patterns, the body's signals, the story you've been telling yourself. Nothing
gets built on a foundation we haven't looked at.
02
◈
Extrapolate™
We find what it's actually teaching you
Session by session, we turn what surfaced into pattern and possibility — using
New Code NLP and structured coaching questions to shift you from replaying the
same story to understanding what it's built in you, and what to do with that now.
03
✦
Express™
We build the version of you that acts on it
The work isn't finished when it's understood — it's finished when it shows up
in your decisions, your boundaries, your work. The final stretch of every
engagement is committed action: specific, realistic, and held with real
accountability, not left as an insight you meant to use.
What's included
- A trauma-informed intake before your first session, so the work starts from where you actually are.
- 1:1 sessions, 45–60 minutes, blending coaching structure, New Code NLP, pattern rewiring, and somatic/sound-based practice where useful.
- Accountability between sessions — the following session opens with a real look back, not a fresh start every time.
- A discovery call first — zero pressure, just a genuine read on whether this is the right fit before you commit to anything.
Coaching or therapy?
If what you're carrying is heavy trauma, depression, or anxiety disrupting daily
life, therapy is the right first home for that work — and a good coach recognises
this and can work alongside your therapist rather than instead of them. Coaching is
forward-looking; it's for people ready to build, not in crisis.
Who this is for
You're a strong fit if you feel capable but stuck, are navigating a real transition,
keep setting goals you don't follow through on, or want a confidential thinking
partner who's fully in your corner and will still tell you the truth. Read the fuller
picture of what coaching involves in the coaching guide,
or take the 2-minute quiz if you're not yet sure which stage
you're in.
Start with the intake
A short, trauma-informed intake is the actual first step — not a discovery call
script, a real look at where you're starting from. From there we'll set up your
complimentary discovery call.
